CEM ÖZDEL is an experienced entrepreneur and marketing expert with a deep connection to German culture. Having lived in Germany for 50 years, he completed his education, including high school and his studies as a civil engineer specializing in construction management, shaping his European mindset. With this background, he is well acquainted with the requirements of potential customers from Germany and other European countries. After completing his studies, he immediately became self-employed and began his career as a freelance moderator. These activities led to the founding of a marketing agency in 1989. The agency, JIMMY OEZDEL MANAGEMENT, quickly established itself in event marketing and attracted renowned clients such as TUI, ALLTOURS, MEDIA MARKT, SATURN, JAGUAR, BMW, PORSCHE, AUDI, ECE SHOPPING MALLS, COCA COLA, and others. Starting from the year 2000, CEM ÖZDEL expanded his scope of activities to include marketing-related activities and the development and coaching of sales teams both regionally and internationally. Additionally, he took on projects for the creation and implementation of marketing concepts in various industries. As early as 2005, CEM ÖZDEL recognized the trend of video presence on the internet. In 2006, he relocated to Mallorca, where he started the production and marketing of sales videos for high-end real estate, yachts, as well as hotel and restaurant businesses. The agency's visibility increased, and there were increasing business inquiries from Germany. By the end of 2008, the agency's entire portfolio was booked with recommendations, solidifying an expert status in video marketing and the creation and realization of marketing concepts in various industries. In October 2012, the desire to live and work in the Mediterranean region led CEM ÖZDEL and his wife KERSTIN ÖZDEL to move to Alanya, Turkey. From this point onwards, the visionary entrepreneur, with his marketing agency VISIONS OF LIFE | Group, serves potential customers in the Alanya/Antalya region, nationally in Turkey, and internationally. CEM ÖZDEL offers companies from various industries his expertise and specialized agency services in the form of service modules or interim management. Born in Antalya, Dr. Emel Oğuz developed a love for observing people and dreamed of becoming a theater artist during her childhood years. She became interested in psychology and psychoanalysis during elementary and middle school. Despite excelling in science and mathematics, she was directed towards medical school where she discovered the balance-seeking nature of the human body. During her medical education, she delved into the basic sciences and questioned symptomatic treatment as she transitioned into clinical training. Specializing in pediatric surgery by focusing on surgical branches, she experienced the fine line between life and death while working in this field. Performing surgeries on newborns to save their lives and understanding the complexity and deficiencies of the human body became a sacred duty for her. Additionally, she wondered why some individuals may be born without certain abilities and pursued various education on this matter. Having gained diverse experiences in her professional career, Dr. Emel Oğuz recognized the importance of providing quality healthcare while working in a private hospital. Through familiarizing herself with standards and accreditation principles, she understood the significance of hospital management and patient follow-up processes. Although she initially considered continuing her academic career, life led her down a different path where she met her spouse in Antalya and started a happy family, welcoming children into their lives. Beginning her medical career in the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, she continued her career at Izmir Private Kent Hospital and Antalya Medicalpark Hospital, performing surgeries on over 4000 newborns over 13 years. She also worked in the field of Aerospace Medicine for 5 years, served as the director of the Aviation Medical Center, and thus specialized in aerospace medicine. Since 2013, she has been working in the field of Frequency Medicine and Magnetotherapy, providing individual well-being consulting, organizing camps, trainings, and seminars on Mind-Body Balance and Functional Nutrition. Currently residing in Madrid, Spain, she provides sustainable healthy lifestyle consulting and spearheads projects aimed at societal awareness.
